Why pay when free AI chatbots exist?
A chatbot answers from memory and can guess. We answer only from your uploaded document, cite every claim to its page, and stay silent when your policy does not say. Your answers are saved with your policy, not lost in a chat window.
Why not just keep PDFs in Dropbox or Google Drive?
Those services store documents. We understand them. Here your policies become searchable, comparable, and connected: every answer cited to a page, every renewal compared with last year, every question answerable years later.
Will this replace my insurance agent?
No, and it is not meant to. Your agent sells and services policies. We explain what your own documents say so you arrive at those conversations already knowing your policy. Many members bring our cited answers to their agent.
Why not just ask my insurance agent?
You should talk to your agent. We help you walk in already knowing what your own policy says, cited to its pages, so you can ask better questions. We never sell insurance and take no commissions, so our only job is explaining your documents to you.
Do you deal with my insurer for me?
No. We explain what your own policy says so you know it before you talk to your insurer, agent, public adjuster, or attorney. We never contact anyone on your behalf and never predict what an insurer will pay.
What happens to my documents?
Documents are encrypted, never used to train AI models, and you can delete everything from your account at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that. Your one-time reports stay yours.
Is the monthly plan different from yearly?
No. Monthly and yearly Household include exactly the same features. Yearly just costs less over a year, about two months free. Cancel either anytime.
What does the Household plan add over one report?
A report explains one policy once. Household keeps every policy in one place, compares each renewal with last year automatically, and answers questions across all of them, so your whole household's coverage is explained together, not one document at a time.
